So the Clarity Awards, which is our industry awards, have just been held next door. Opposite, opposite. Yeah you were disturbing [laughter] which is pretty ironic. So I'm very pleased to announce that out of everybody in the industry, Stuart has won Salesperson of the Year. [applause and cheering]
