Theater or Stereo
Arrow permits simultaneous distribution of our vaunted HIGH-LEVEL connection AND the .1/LFE needed for high quality theater. In this way, both 2-channel music and multi-channel theater are supported without the need for connecting and disconnecting one’s REL.
The High-Level input is designed to accept the stereo (two-channel) signals from the speaker terminals of your receiver, integrated amplifier or basic amplifier. This has the advantage of ensuring that your subwoofer receives exactly the same signal as the main speakers, which means that the character of the bass from the main system is carried forward into the Sub-Bass System. This is a very important point and together with our Natural RollOffTM circuitry, ensures far superior system integration of the Sub-Bass System with the main system.
Flick Of A Switch
Pairing Made Simple
We designed and engineered Arrow specifically for Serie T/i, allowing us to develop a holistic solution that operates as beautifully as it looks. No tinkering with devices waiting to sync like you find with Bluetooth solutions, because Arrow features a tandem transmitter and receiver that docks and locks directly to the rear of your T/i. Pairing consists of plugging the transmitter and receiver in (about 10 seconds each), then turning the Send unit on and flicking 2 switches. By the time you have released the second switch, you’ll be hearing incredible sound quality emerging from your REL.
It just worked.. no complications, no "issues" with connectivity.
And, most importantly, no degradation of quality signal and performance to my T/i5 Sub.
Love the ability to place the REL anywhere in the room without having to think about how to get the signals (both high-level and LFE) to the subwoofer! Easy installation. Highly recommended.
When I first paired the system it showed they were paired by the solid white LED's. However, there was no signal. (music coming out of subwoofer). I tried power cycling the sub, transmitter, and receiver with no luck. I then physically carried the sub over to the transmitter, powered sub, transmitter, and receiver off then back on. I then had music coming from the sub. Carried the sub back to its preferred position in the room and it has been playing ever since. Maybe this will help some of the other folks who have had issues. Weird but true. Also, it would be nice if REL would provide LED "covers". I like to listen in the dark and these LED's are very bright. Other than all that this, it is a great product.
I wanted this to work and I wanted to believe! Don't. The folks who suggest there are connectivity issues are spot on. The distance in my home was only about 15 -20 feet but it was inside a cabinet. I recognize the limitations in getting a strong enough signal from the transmitter to receiver but you have to wonder how good the source components in the Arrow are. I wonder if the consumer price point vs cost (including the engineering) was good 'enough'. Sure feels like it. I say that because I emailed the support team to ask questions on what I could do. Crickets for two weeks and counting. I love the sub (Ti7)! The sound is fantastic and operates exactly as advertised. This particular accessory? Nope...
Bought two T5i’s, using them with Arrow wireless and a 37 year old pair of Rogers LS1’s. Also using them with a pair of Cambridge Arromax 6’s hard wired. What an incredible soundstage. Can’t tell the difference between hardwired, and Arrow wireless.
REL customer service was extremely helpful in helping me figure out how to set up.
I am ONE VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
